For the last eleven years, I took my Audi to the dealer for every annual service and diagnostic check
. Yes, I hemorrhaged a great deal money doing this. On five occasions, I did take my car into LBR to get a second opinion for root cause and cost comparison. For all five, they exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and are not in the business to nickel and dime their customers. I plan to take my car to them going forward instead of the dealership.

a quote with in minutes.We decided to bring the car in the following day.Once I dropped off the car I had no way back home.So Scott took me home and picked me up when the car was finished.Now that's what I called full service.They do great work and do what they say.
