When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future. I've been going to these excellent mechanics for the past 15 years with several of my cars. They always treated me there and are efficient and get it right the first time.
You can't get a better service anywhere in town. These are car people like myself.
