Biggs was able to have me bring my vehicle in as soon as I needed. Parts had to be ordered and they
kept me informed of the status of getting the parts in. The work was completed within a day of the parts arriving. The vehicle is running smoothly again. The folks at Biggs were friendly and very helpful. It was much easier than dealing with the dealership.

As promised, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done and obtained my consent - I appreciated that. No surprises! Our front brakes on our Ford Taurus SHO needed replaced. The day of our appointment they discovered t
he wrong brakes were sent. They got on the phone and the correct brakes were there by 10:00 am. Only an hour past when they planned to start. That said they got on them immediately and we were out of there around 11:45. Very efficient and fairly personable. We will go back with any other automotive issues as long as we live close enough to do so.
