Very pleased with purchase of vehicle. Good price and sales people very helpful and friendly.
My on
ly complaint is that I had a pre-approved loan, and I am now getting letters from various lending agencies that were contacted regarding the loan. Don't really understand this, and it has an impact on my credit score. If my pre-approved loan was not enough, I was able to pay the difference, but was never consulted about this.
Otherwise very happy with vehicle and service.

Fitzgerald Genesis of Clearwater set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience.
From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mark, Martin and Ken was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process.
It could not have been more pleased and this made the process extremely pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!

Not only is this the best Subaru dealership in the North East, but it's the best dealership I have ev
er dealt with. Highest trade-in values, phenomenal discounts on a new car and their service department is incredible. I can't say enough good things about this dealership.

I just purchased my second Audi, Molly was professional, knowledgeable, patient, honest and made the
car buying process smooth and stress-free and incredibly efficient. She had everything ready for delivery, I was in and out faster than expected. It's clear she values her customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need. I highly recommend working with Molly if you're in the market for a new vehicle. She is Great!

Great services and very professional! We brought a GV70 from them. I’m from Oklahoma and the dealer i
s in Tallahassee, Florida. They make everything so simple and very clear for me. Tyler Hammons is their super star and we are lucky to work with him. He took care of our vehicle with responsibility until delivery. We signed the paperwork on Monday and the car was in our driveway on Thursday morning same week! Best dealer that we ever work with!
