er the years at Magic. My AC died recently and while trying to repair it they discovered other problems that were keeping the AC from working consistently. Khing did everything he could to get the problem diagnosed properly, parts ordered correctly and the problem fixed as soon as possible. He even went as far as to use his personal vehicle for measurement comparisons to mine to help with the diagnosis.
I've gone to Magic for years for servicing, they've changed a lot over those years but Khing has remained committed to providing quality and timely service each and every time I bring my Tundra in.

The car was broken down: the serpentine belt was broken, no b
attery charging.
Thus, I got service without an appointment.
No complaint about the service, it was the payment that made me mad.
I chose 3% charge for credit card payment
but I was made to sign a blank piece of paper, without any explanation.

This past weekend we drove from the Tri-Cities to Shorline to pick up our KIA Sportage lease vehicle.
We worked the deal via text with salesman Bryce. When we arrived, there were no, I mean ZERO, surprises or bait and switches. Everything was exactly as agreed upon and the team (including management and financial and of course the salesman) worked with expediency. We can honestly say that this team provided the best leasing experience we have had and we have leased/purchased at least 25 cars.
