Doug's is paranoiid about money, service is excellent
My car was photographed on my arrival.
The car was broken down: the serpentine belt was broken, no battery charging.
Thus, I got service without an appointment.
No complaint about the service, it was the payment that made me mad.
I chose 3% charge for credit card payment
but I was made to sign a blank piece of paper, without any explanation.

Awful awful car appraisal experience
Had an awful experience while trying to appraise my car there. This person "Dotan Bershon" reached out via email and phone call and asked me to come for an appraisal after I did Carfax evaluation online. Once I reached there he started asking me how much I want without appeasing the car and when I didn't give him my number and rather ask him what is he appraising my car for .. he rudely left me in the parking lot. He could have told me via phone if that's the way they do their business, what a rude awful sales person. As a business they look for maximizing their profit so why is he so pissed if the owner wants to maximize his profit too. If I could I would have given 0 or negative star. You deal or don't deal, your behavior shows how the business is going to treat their future customers.

DO NOT BUY- VERY SHADY
My husband and I purchased a CX5 last May. It was shortly after Dealers were able to "open" back up during Covid restrictions and it was SUPER busy. Our rep, Jim was easy enough, however, we knew exactly what we wanted and have excellent credit so his job was fairly easy. After 5 hours in the store waiting (we picked our car within the first hour) they told us we were finally ready to meet with the finance guy. After we were all signed, they did the delivery of the vehicle and discovered they didn't have the 2nd key. They promised up and down they would make it right and provide us a 2nd key they just needed to order it. 9 months later and no key. No one will return my calls, and when I do reach out they put my on hold indefinitely or send me directly to a generic voicemail. First I would not recommend a Mazda (go with a Toyota!) but if your heart is set on a Mazda, find somewhere else in the area.

CX5 Detailed
Paul arranged for my vehicle to detailed inside. Awesome work by Arturo. The seats are way better than before detailing. Dirt and food crumbs are not embedding. He even went the xtra mile and put a repellent finish on exterior. Highly recommend him if anyone needs detailing done.

Excellent customer service!
I worked with Paul after having purchased my car earlier that week. I was given a defective key fob by accident and Paul went out of his way to make sure that the dealership replaced it at no cost to me. He even arranged to provide me with a rental while they configured the new fob. Paul was super efficient and provided excellent customer service! I would recommend working with Paul at Doug's Mazda in the future!

Terrible experience
now
Really bad experience, drove 51 minutes to get a car had been exchanging info with salesman named Nolan for a week straight who I had specifically told of expectation to not waste my time if they were not able to help based on circumstance. He absolutely said" we can make it work". Send me paystubs, we got your info, bring a utility bill, no money down. Nolan was not available and they had a terrible car sales agent who was very rude with the whole process, I didn't get a chance to see Nolan ( maybe the experience would have been different) I understand the fact that your trying to sell a vehicle I've been in sales for 15+ years and based on experience you always cater to the customer and use empathy when speaking with a customer it's called sales 101, you choose your words carefully and even if the deal is not going to work you end it well. This guy thought he was the owner of the shop, using words like "My banks will not approve that" or we absolutely need a co-signer or money down, or even trying to tell me that I had a second car loan. When in fact I have one. He literally aruged with me stating that it was a car loan on my credit reports and that i would technically have a 3rd car loan . He literally aruged with me till I walked out after telling him he wasted my time that I drove 51 minutes to get to the dealership he said"oh well I drive that every day to come to work here". Like seriously??? You wasted me and my familys time I had my wife and daughter in the car waiting with my two 11 year old twin sons listening to you and me go back and fourth in arugement. You know who you are I hope you read this I'm not gonna name you. Learn how to treat customers they sign your paycheck. And it's the reason your company is in buisness. I do alot of buisness in the neighboring communitys trust me I will spread the word to make sure they do not go to this establishment.

Great Sales Person
Vila Lind really impressed me as a sales person. She understood my financial situation and was very helpful. In my opinion, she is very caring and dedicated to meeting her clients' needs. I highly recommend Vila.

My wife and I drove 325 miles from Spokane to Seattle to buy a Mazda six. I dealt with Caitlyn Thiel and Jon Seely. We were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire purchase. They did everything they said they would do every time. Imagine that..... Most of us don’t have the same car we bought 5, 7, 10, years ago, but I’m betting we all can tell a story about a negative experience at a car dealership. The car you buy could have major problems, be a lemon, blow up tomorrow, they are mechanical things. So shouldn’t the experience of purchasing it be something you enjoy? One of the last things my wife said to Caitlyn was that it was the most enjoyable car buying experience she ever had. I don’t know how the car is going to run ( I suspect very well ) but that statement speaks for itself.

Super customer service
Doug's has a great team in place. William Love and Lisa Reagar are very personable and friendly. I purchased elsewhere, but not due to anything from Doug's. William is a good listener, and never pushy. Lisa reached out to offer service for my new purchase even tho they did not get sale. It's a great team and should be proud of their customer service.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I was sold a car with a “repaired” crack in the windshield which was not disclosed prior to purchase. I discovered the crack a day later. After multiple attempts to have this remedied by Doug’s Mazda, I contacted a windshield repair company. I was informed that the crack could not be fixed as it had already been repaired. I was not told of any damage to the vehicle when I was purchasing it. I contacted both Vila Lund and Paul (sales manager); neither of whom were interested in helping. Paul just walked away while I was showing him the damage. This is a bad dealership with unacceptable business practices.

Great experience buying a great car
We were looking to upgrade to a new car and Doug's Mazda came through in every way. All of the staff was friendly, attentive and we never felt pressured during the whole process. They also took the time to explain every feature in our new car so we have had no surprises or confusion about how to use all the nice features.

Definitely Worth the Visit
Bought my first car here with my parents along for advice and support. Was immediately geeeted by Alberto and shown the available models that I was looking into. Test drive was fun and relaxed, and it was easy to make the decision that this Mazda 6 was the one for me.

Filling out paperwork and talking through pricing was clear and straightforward—no feeling like I was being pressured into buying a car simply to get a sale. Both my parents commented as we drove out (in my newly purchased car!) that it was easily the most pleasant car-buying experience they’d ever had.

Very happy with Alberto, quite content with the dealership as a whole, and extremely pleased with my purchase!

Fast, helpful, detailed and recommend you the best deal!
Got approved of an Auto loan from BECU for $20k and go directly to doug’s for a car shopping and made the right decision. As soon as we get there one of the guy help us right away was Alberto who was very approachable and accomodating. Since I got $20k pre-approval from BECU and the car the I wanted happens to be $22k, they offered me a financing directly to them with a considerable amount of loan and interest and even 0 down payment which is I grabbed it right way because it’s very good deal and I’m very meticulous with interest rate. Also thanks to Jon Seely who processes and help me through the financing stuff, who was very detailed and informative and I highly recommend DOUG’s guys.
