ever have. I did all my research, knew what vehicle I wante and didn't need to test drive the vehicle. I had preliminay conversations with Kelly about vehicle availability and arranged an appt to pick up the vehicle and complete the KBB trade value. Knowing that I had to drive over 2 hours to get to the dealer, Keith called me to complete the credit app over the phone. Once I got to Jenkins, Keith actually walked to my truck to meet me and I began to sign the paperwork. Keith introduced me to Rick to handle the financing paperwork. Rick explained everything and it wasn't a just sign here, sign here experience. Both Keith and Rick explained the process to transfer my vehicle from WV to PA. If I was local, I would definitely buy here again.

My most recent visit was good, even though i was told that ALL oil changes were free, and i had to pa
y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.
