I had a great experience at Terry Reid Hyundai from beginning to end! I live an hour away from this l
ocation so I started out talking to Ricky over the phone. He was very friendly and informative. When I arrived Jose was able to help me out quickly and show me the vehicle I was interested in. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Also, Austin in finances was very helpful when it came down to the pricing. He made sure I was satisfied with the final price and went above and beyond. This was the third dealership I had been to this week and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Terry Reid Hyundai to anyone in the market for a car!

Michael who works in the parts dept stepped up and helped me successfully put a new plate on my Kona.
It might not sound like much but I got new plates that day and my old screws were stripped and I couldn’t add the new plates. He was super friendly late in his shift and deserves recognition. Give him a raise!

m. Every single time it is a pleasant experience. Yes at times I have to wait for an appointment, but if I schedule ahead of time by planning when I'll need service, it all works out. This is a beautiful, remodeled facility that caters to their customers. The staff has always been very cordial and helpful. I've dealt with a few different sales people that are always pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership.
