Following sale, no contact when trying to get loan paperwork processed and memorandum of title. No response for numerous calls, emails, VoiceMails. Took having to file complaints with BBB and Ohio Attorney General's Office to resolve, almost 2 months after purchase. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY!

New Car Buying Experience
I just bought a new car from Brock Spearman! He was wonderful to work with. He actually listened to my needs, was very efficient, and polite. The entire experience only took 3 short hours and I was able to drive away in my brand new car. Would recommend to anyone! 5 stars.

Do not trust this dealership !
My aunt and uncle are 89 and 90+ years old. The answered a marketing communication piece that they have won a monetary prize and they needed to come into a dealership . They went into the dealership and they put them into a used car to test drive. They came back and their keys were gone to the car they drove in to the dealer ship. They came to the dealership at 2:00 and when I got the call from their grandson that they needed rescued from the sales team at Taylor automotive group. When I asked for their keys, they did not know where they were so they went on a wild goose chase and as I was walking them
Out of the office, they brought their keys to them ! This was clearly a hostage situation and should never have happened ! Do not go to any of the Taylor dealerships as they are crooks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The audacity of the sales people, marketing people, management And the owners of this eatablishment is the worst I have ever seen in findlay Ohio since Findlay Ford when crooked Stan owned it . BEWARE !

They want the sale and forget you the second you’re out the door
I was told my car would come with the mat to charge my phone and it didn’t. Was also told my car would come with floor mats and it didn’t. Then I’ve been told for weeks I should expect them and haven’t. My car was also marked up 4-5k dollars that they never told me about until I already put 1000.00 down that was non refundable. To say the least, I am far from pleased. If you want the run around, this is the place for you.

Please make sure all of you staff and customers know the correct time frames are for oil changes! I was just told that it would have been just about 10,000 miles before they suggested I get an oil changed. Mind you from the day we bought our car we have been told every 7500 miles (+/- 1000). Took ours in today for the 22500 at 21780 and was told we needed to bring it in at 24000. Like we have always brought our vehicles into the same dealership to get oil changes done. You can not tell me they can not see the last time we brought it in for the oil change
Seriously disappointed in Hyundai Corporate and lack of communication with customers

Ok we have been told after our first oil change that we need to bring our Tucson in every 7500 (+/- 1000 miles) so we take our vehicle in today for our 22,500 service and was told we had to pay for it. I asked why and they said we were on some other interval!? Like what, I explained that that we have been told from the first oil change it was every 7500. I was told that HYUNDAI said we were not getting the oil changed for free due to the system said 24,000 for the oil change! Which would have been putting us at 10,000 miles before the oil change. We always go to the dealership we bought the vehicle from so they have records of when our oil was changed the last time. NOT HAPPY ONE BIT
Totally wished someone would make up their minds about what is correct and what isn’t.

This was a wild one!
The worst kind of dealership they tried to scam us into insane payments. They faked a car sale to make us think the cars were selling fast I caught onto that right away. (cars still in the lot that was supposedly sold). When we wouldn't budge the bald very aggressive little finance man came out. He was not only rude he told us "the deal is black and white and you have me seeing red". This was hilarious to me just because how fitting it was for a bald short guy to be this angry. He is on many Findlay groups for his behavior and the whole dealership is very shady stay away!

I am extremely pleased with the new service team. They are kind and courteous. My work was done quicker than in the past, and I was even given a small military discount that was never part of my service in the past. I've had bad experiences in the past, but I feel like they new team is headed down the right path.
I am on my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. They are very nice and don’t pressure you into purchasing. The service department personnel are very helpful and nice. I definitely would recommend stopping in when you are in need of a vehicle.
They had my car from May 17 to February 9. That is ridiculous. I like my Santa Fe but not the dealership. I also don't appreciate being called "dear" to placate me. Findlay needs a new manager at that dealership.
