My name is Mark, and while on vacation in MS. Visiting family my 2021 Hyundai Sonata's
transmission went out. Contacted Hyundai road side and they got it to Pilger Hyundai that day and because I was from out of town they jump on it and by the next day saw it was the transmission. They started working on getting me and new one right away. Even though I had to get back to the Carolina's. They got me to enterprise for a rental, and when the job was completed in a few days they worked with Hyundai customer service to get my car shipped back. Outstanding service and customer care. reenway, Phil Smith was knowledgeable and sincere. We like honesty and integrity and felt that was obvious. The sales staff in general is pleasant and it appears to be a happy work environment, which also indicates a good thing. We were able to test drive several cars and Phil came along and was able to point out many features of each car. We appreciate when a sales person "LISTENS" to our likes, dislikes and needs. Greenway Hyundai is a great place to look for a car, used or new since the sales dept and finance department are truly a sincere group of people.

My vehicle was in for service due to a hairline crack in the oil pan. This service appt took longer
than I was expecting but Jon Stennett followed up with the service department several times, and then relayed the progress to me. That was the second time I had my car in for this problem so I was a little annoyed to begin with. I don't know if Jon was obligated to follow up several times during the 3+ hour appt but it certainly took a little bit of the sting away. Jon noticed I was scheduled for maintenance on this day and took it upon himself to be proactive because he knew I was a somewhat disappointed the vehicle had been in before for this same issue. I appreciate Jon's attention to detail and it is a good feeling that his dedication to the customer does not end when they sign on the dotted line. Thank you Jon.

me and greeted me which made me feel like I was at home. No other Hyundai dealership has ever done that and also treated me with respect as well. Dan you are amazing and a great salesperson. Thank you for working extremely hard to help me get the 2022 Hyundai Tucson. You said you was going to get me out of the truck that I was driving and you did. I really appreciate this. Anyone that is reading this please I would highly recommend going to the Hyundai 110 dealership and recommend speaking with Dan Ciotti if you are interested in purchasing a car. He is the best!!
