Unfriendly
Professionalism isn’t the only important customer relationship, friendliness counts very much.
Went in to start the process of looking for a vehicle and was met by an unfriendly salesperson. Mr.Camlin, contact me if this is unacceptable behavior from a salesperson.

Unfriendly
Salesperson was just plain unfriendly. At least smile and seem like you’re interested in the customer and not just a sale. That’s all I need to drive away and not go back.

Service Department
I had my Palisade there for inspection/tires/oil change. Jan in the service department went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my Palisade and was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire appointment. She was so helpful to me and such a pleasure to deal with!

Have nothing but good things to say about Mike Camlin Hyundai! They are fair and love that they care for you vehicle well even after you purchase it. We’ve bought 2 suvs from Camlin and will buy our next from there as well!

Service Experiance
I just want to say that your service advisor John was a complete gentleman, and provided me the Best of service while working on my Sonata. I would not see myself ever leaving Mike Camlin Hyundai for any other dealership. Service Advisors like John are hard to find. Great job!

My Experience
I was treated with courtesy and respect upon arrival. The waiting area was clean and acceptable. However it took far to long for the service on my car to be completed. This may have been due to shortage of tech`s, I would suggest not over booking when man power is not available to meet demand!
