My wife was the one purchasing the vehicle, and from the very first conversation, Justin Boese, the Sales Manager, made it clear that she was going to be taken care of. And he didn’t just follow through—he and his team went above and beyond every step of the way.
Justin personally made sure everything was handled with care, precision, and class. He wasn’t trying to “sell” us—he was focused on creating a premium, stress-free buying experience. It felt more like working with a concierge service than a dealership.
His lead salesperson, Patrick, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, never pushy, and took his time walking my wife through everything. He made sure she felt heard and understood and gave honest, helpful answers to every question we had. You could tell he actually cared, and that made a big difference.
Cameron, the finance manager, was another standout. The finance office is usually where things get complicated or uncomfortable, but not here. Cameron broke everything down clearly, was transparent with every number, and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was how personal and elevated the whole experience felt. They didn’t just sell us a car—they made it feel like we were joining something. They paid attention to the small stuff, treated us with total respect, and delivered something that actually felt like a luxury car experience.
