Sales and finance department was what I would expect when purchasing a luxury car. Customer service is another story, when they do answer the phone the one Genesis rep rarely returns calls. Service appointment not available for 6 weeks, Genesis price tag with Hyundai service!

Freehold Hyundai/Genesis is by far one of the best if not the best dealerships I've ever experienced, in my 60 years of purchasing an automobile. Derek Stahl made my experience so easy, it was like buying a piece of candy. He is a true asset to the Genesis Corp. and of course to his dealership. The entire staff is a pleasure. They will definately have a repeat customer in me.

First luxury car, hope i didn’t make a wrong decision on GV70
Kurt my salesrep at Genesis of Freehold really awesome on getting the best deal for me and making the entire process a breeze! Look for him when you decide to get one. But for the facility don’t hold ur breath, just stay outside since they share the building with Hyundai.

Amazing experience working with Derek at Genesis of Freehold
Derek got me into the exact car I wanted and treated me with extreme care and consideration. I came in to Freehold after having a horrible experience trying to buy a car at the Genesis dealership in South Brunswick, NJ. Wonderful and fair experience
This dealership had great inventory of what I was looking for, knowledgeable and courteous employees, and we made what I thought as a fair deal. In a time when it feels like dealerships have the leverage due to limited supply, I never really felt that way during this experience. Howard (my sales associate) and his helpful team were happy to let me evaluate multiple cars, pull many of them into the garage after dark for further evaluation, and also took the time to educate me on the car/technology features once the deal was done even though they were essentially closing for the night. Additionally, I was impressed that even though there was an additional “market adjustment” on the price of my purchased vehicle, they were transparent about it instead of trying to hide it. Overall great experience.

Wonderful experience buying my new car!
Derek Stahl was an absolute pleasure to deal with when purchasing my new 2022 GV70! I went in on a Monday morning to test drive the new GV70 and his extensive knowledge of the vehicle as well as the Genesis brand made my car purchase decision a breeze. He was incredibly helpful and I got the most beautiful new vehicle - my friends and family all want one now, too! I cannot say enough of how fantastic the car buying experience was for me because of Derek and the team at Genesis/including Steve in Insurance! Thank you!

If you ate mot sure about this car. Dont be. I got genesis G70. At first the technology seemed overwhelming. How am i gonna remember all this! It is so intuitive. It all makes sense. Makes driving FUN! On top of that the car DRIVES great! If you are unsure- go for it! You will not regret it! Hope this helps. Best csr ive ever owned
