They repaired my car and made it look li
ke new. The front end damage is gone, the missing bumper pieces were replaced, and they even solved a stubborn electrical bug that had affected the trunk. The attention to detail is impressive. Hard to find any trace of the damage.
What really stands out is how the whole place operates. You pull in and it feels like an F1 pit stop. The team moves quickly and confidently, everyone knows their role, and the process just flows. Erika takes over the front desk with total command, keeps everything organized, and makes the experience easy while you sit in the waiting area sipping tea and catching your breath.
The car now runs beautifully again, which says a lot for a vehicle with over 100K miles. Thanks to their work, I’m keeping it.
My only regret is simple. I wish I had found this team years ago.

to you soon." Craig with LoCo Exotics took the time to call me. Needed a water pump and thermostat replacement on my '19 Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the entire procedure before any work was done. He set proper expectations about price, time involved, and the possibility of additional services. And then he kept me informed throughout the process and sent supporting images. As a DIY mechanic, I knew the job was simply too much for me and I'm thankful for Craig's and LoCo's expertise and top-notch customer service!
