I went to Tanner after spending over $800 with another shop and made it 32 miles outside of town befo
re my car conked out. Tanner under promised and over produced. I am from Washington and was stranded at n Bend. Tanner told me that it would probably be two days before he could even take a look at it, but he called me the next day to tell me he had figured out what the problem was and had the part on order. The following morning, he called me to tell me that my car was fixed. He did a very thorough job of troubleshooting and then testing the car to be sure it was fixed. If I lived in Bend, Tanner would be the only mechanic to work on my cars. I also feel that his pricing is very fair.

I enjoy going there the staff is amazing I been going there a year already. I dont trust anyone with
my car but I have so much confidence with the staff.I like the fact that I am a woman and they dont take advantage they tell you what is the next thing you should repair if there is something needed t be repaired.Very reasonable prices. My brother does not have a car and he refers everyone there because he knows that i am happy with the service there.Thank you guys for putting me at ease the first time I went there. And now Ihave total confidence with you guys .. I still dont trust any mechanics but Endress Automotive
