They didn’t have the alternator in the shop initially however they made the effort to get it delivered and install it. I Have nothing but good things to say about Upstate imports. Good to see people who really care and want to help while also having reasonable prices.

I have been taking my Audi A7 to Euro Spec for over a year and have had great service and experiences
every time. They recently did my oil change and complete maintenance check and discovered that the water pump was beginning to fail and the coolent was low. Steve handled everything for me with my extended warranty company and promptly began the repair. I trust this shop and they have always provided first class service! Thank you Steve!

Older car, non-car guy, not from the area and in need of major repair…recipe to be taken advantage of
. We were staying close to Global so I brought my car in for help. It was hard for me to explain the “noise” but they worked with me and they listened to me and finally they identified the problem. Eric explained everything that was going on with the car and did so in a way that even I understood. It all made sense to a non-car guy like me. They provided me with a nice loaner car and in 2 days the problem was resolved. We are back on the road and will return whenever or wherever we are and need help again. I trust them, which is huge for me. Thanks to Eric, Michelle and the rest of the techs. Well done.

Local dealership wanted to do a lot of repairs in what I believe was an attempt to get me to just buy
a new car. Checked with German Drive and they found the source of the issue, repaired it for 1/4 of the quoted price for the dealership and now I'm happily vacationing 1200 miles away after driving said car and getting excellent mileage! Went from thinking I'd have to figure out how to buy a new car to getting to keep my beauty (Benz GL550 with over 150k miles).

n every way, from the friendly, polite manner at the reception desk, the cup of hot coffee in the waiting room, to the test run on the Interstate they did, with me sitting in the passenger seat, to diagnose the faint whirring I had recently started to hear. Keith, the head mechanic, knew right away that it was a bearing problem in the front end, and confirmed his diagnosis with a "stethoscope" when my car was up on the lift I was impressed with Dave the boss, who drove me home while they worked on my car, answering all my questions about the changing world of auto repairs, with the progressive computerization of vehicles, and what Elite has had to do to keep current (software, tools, etc.). Then Dave picked me up in the afternoon so's I could have my car back in time for my next day's errands. They were not defensive when I asked to see the bearing assembly they had removed, and explained just what had gone wrong with it. Good price for a complicated job, installing top quality bearings, cheaper than the dealership would charge. No more odd humming in the front end when I drive down the highway. Elite Automotive inspires trust, and does a good job.

one of the most rigorous certification processes available! And they take a very detailed straight forward approach to car repair! They are fair and honest and stand behind their work! I have done business with them for several years first with my 2002 BMW 745li whom they gave me a very honest opinion of after the very first detailed diagnostic testing! I chose not to listen and it cost me thousands more in repairs they told me would occur! I now have a 2007 Mercedes CLS 550 and they car for it as if it’s their own! I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my car including the Mercedes dealership itself who quoted me prices hundreds and some cases thousands of dollars more! Autohaus is the best and only option for all your foreign car needs! If you love your cars as much as I do you won’t go anywhere else!
