My first encounter with Santos Auto Service was an unplanned, urgent event: critical warning on the
hybrid system of a Toyota Prius C. From start to finish, every contact with staff was professional and kind. They jumped on board to find alternative suppliers for the battery, and expedited the technician service. Joe furnished eXtra information on how to manage an unconventional start for the gasoline engine if the hybrid battery failed, and a frank explanation of what to expect.
Santos exhibited a rare display of quality. I have already recommended this company.
