I have never found any individual or company that comes close to the attention to personal service, quality of work and their focus on long term relationships. I was introduced to Arthur and his team when I was looking to buy a car.
After 30+ years as a negotiator, I thought I was pretty good. Well after spending 2 weeks negotiating deals to lease an Audi, Arthur and his team not only saved me well over $1,000 on my lease they were able to do so on the 2026 model vs the 2025 I was looking at. In a matter of a few days, a brand new Audi A3 was in my driveway for my daughter. I will never buy or lease a car from anyone else.
When I leased my car, I was unaware of their repair facilitiy. I have a 14 year old Tahoe hybrid
I was told the truck was not worth fixing.
Franco and his team’s perspective is to examine the car without any preconceptions. Prior to my introduction I had taken the car to Firestone and one other local shop. When Future Auto looked at the my truck they found items the others wanted to charge me for and were not needed. Not only did Franco and his team find items the others overlook, they found items on the “National” shop’s scope of work that was not needed at this time. If you are looking to lease or buy a car or have your car maintenance needs “ There is no other place to go then Future Automotive”. When I picked up my Tahoe it looked better and ride better than it did 10 years ago.
I can truly say, I have not had such a positive experience in purchasing or repairing a car than I just experienced. I will never buy or fix a car anywhere else. They are experts in their field and put their clients needs first. They know the meaning of earrings ones business and putting their client’s needs first.
