months. Future Auto Service literally diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 2 days and were so communicative and kind throughout the entire process. After a 500mi road trip my brake calipers were dragging and audibly on my rotors and the stopping pow
er was almost gone.
Dropped off my 2009 Escalade and explained how important it was that I have the vehicle ready by the next day for transporting a friend to a medical procedure and they guaranteed it would be ready. They offered two different pricing options for the repairs I needed to fit my budget, and I have put over 500mi on the new brakes driving and they are performing well. Zero issues, fast turnaround and I was given free Shuttle ride to my home when I delivered the truck and then they picked me up the next morning when they opened.
Fair pricing, products all performing as advertised and it doesn't sound like nails on chalkboard when I try to slow down.
Very happy with the service here, and will be back again when more maintenance is needed.
