We were travelling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th
in Lubbock.
Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and they were.
In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed.
We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's profressionalism and prompt service.
If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go to shop" for auto & truck repairs.

I've used AM/PM for several years now. I trust them to evaluate the vehicle properly and fairly.
They do not push unnecessary repairs. But when they find something that needs attention, they provide reasonable solutions. In one case, they pointed out that the repair could be done without cost at the dealer because of the listed recall.

These guys are honest and always repair our cars right the first time. They give you options on prici
ng when possible. They never try to "fix" what isn't broken! I'm just a mom who doesn't know much about cars - they could've taken advantage of me. Other shops have in the past, but never here. They've taken the stress out of car repairs. All the county vehicles, police cars, and school buses that use their shop should give you an idea of their work quality. Highly, highly recommend.
