Went in for an oil change, was informed that there were issues with my brakes. I know nothing about c
ars, so Mike invited me into the garage to view first-hand what was going on, and what he and his team look for routinely. That's compassionate customer service!
Granted, this is about a year after someone crashed my car and I asked Mike to put it on his lift to tell me what I needed to restore safe driving. He could have rattled off a littany of work that would have padded the business nicely, but he didn't. He and I worked on a long-term service plan to keep my aging car in good health as long as possible.
I consider Mike a partner in keeping my car in good working order. He has more than adequately held up this arrangement over the years, and I'm grateful for it.

The smell of fuel was too overbearing. I took it to Mike and he discovered that the fuel pump assembl
y was leaking. This can be so dangerous. The next day the job was completed and I’m back on the road with no smell.
