Twice now Mesman has quickly identified specific issues that others had missed and their repairs are
always very solid and acceptable. I trust my vehicle to these intelligent mechanics who watch over me so that I can drive confidently. This is coming from an older man who has spent the better part of his life trying to fix my own stuff. So developing trust in others is not something I quickly or easily supply. They have truly earned my trust - thanks.

My car's AC was acting up and Greg worked incredibly hard to track down the issue and fix it. He took
the car in at a moments notice and worked well past closing time to get it fixed. Now, obviously don't abuse his willingness to do that, but he'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. I do most of my own work on my car and he's the only shop I trust with whatever job I don't have the equipment for.

I brought my vehicle in for battery service. I had a lot of white powered build up on my battery term
inals & battery tray which is actually dried sulfuric acid. John brought my vehicle in to check the battery. He cleaned the terminals & battery tray. He applied anti corrosion battery coating to the terminals. He told me my battery was in good shape. He also looked into some warning lights that were showing on my dashboard. He did all of this work free of charge. I highly recommend Laguna Viejo Auto!
