We took our vehicle to Endurance for a warning light that was going on & off sporadically. They found
metal debris in our engine & we needed a new engine & turbos. We have a warranty, but of course, because this was a very costly fix, the warranty company was dragging their feet & trying to find ways to deny the coverage. Endurance really hung in there & advocated for us with the warranty company until we got what both Endurance & we believed was a somewhat fair compensation. This is not the first time we have used Endurance. Every experience has been positive. Each time we feel they have been honest & fair. This most recent situation has convinced us that we have found a neighborhood mechanic we can trust. We highly recommend them.

Our family needed to make a decision: do we repair the 2008 Honda (engine light on/smoke under hood)
OR time to say 'goodbye' and purchase a new to us used car. We worked w both Taylor (front desk) and Jeff mechanic (son of former
owner Craig). We've taken our autos to Noble Parkway Auto Cntr for over 15ys, best guess.
Also have taken POTENTIAL cars to
buy and have Stacey conduct pre-purchase bumper to bumper inspection: she showed us where there was proof of accident/salvaged title situation, which meant our car insurance company wld not insure.

The service is good, and people are friendly. I went on a snowy day. Limited parking. I went to park
in the last space and as I got out of the car was told to move it as "I need to out the snow there'. Could have been more polite, or indicated me not to park there. Annoying. The oil change was fine though and I will go back again.
