epairs to my coolant system and my car is running great. They are friendly, do quality work and they get your car back quickly. I felt they went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and talk through concerns and processes. This means a lot to me because as a woman that is unfamiliar with cars, I feel I can trust them with their recommendations completely. I recently switched from having my 2016 Toyota Corolla serviced at the dealer to JR Automotive. I've
now been there twice—once for a battery and battery terminal replacement, and again for my annual maintenance, which included an oil change, serpentine belt replacement, cabin air filter replacement, and a thorough multipoint inspection of the brakes, tires, fluids, lights, battery, and other systems.
Jesus explained the recommendations clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured to approve additional work. The work was completed as promised, the prices seemed fair, and I'll definitely be returning for future service. If you're looking for an honest, professional neighborhood mechanic, I recommend giving JR Automotive a try.
