I went to Arlington Auto Care to have my tires replaced, and a leaking valve fixed as well as having the car system flushed, I am completely satisfied with the work done.

Going to this place was the worse decision I’ve made.I brought my car there due to my car having a coolant leak. They diagnosed my car by saying it needed a water pump and thermostat housing . The mechanic uIt took him 30 minutes to persuade me that my car would be fix and that was the problem.. I was charged 0ver $2300 and some change. Well the day I picked my car up , drove 1 block my coolant light came on. I immediately took my car back and the mechanic ( black guy with dreadlocks) told me could I bring it back after the holidays which was the 4 th of July.. Before the weekend was over my car began to overheat .. I manage to get the car back to the shop.. After having my car for the day I was told that the water pump was defected , another one will be ordered.. The car was my only transportation getting back and forth to work .. after having my car again for a couple more days I was told my car was ready for pick up .. By August My car began to leak coolant again I was told the part was under warranty so again my car is back in the shop I was told it needed another water pump again I trusted this mechanic to fix or let someone else . Figure out what the real issue with my car was .. I pick my car up again thinking it was fix .Well again after a couple of months my car is leaking coolant again .. I take my car back and was told my Jp that my car was now leaking in 2 places water pump and now a hose … Again they had my car for two days .. I pick my car up I was told the water pump was still under warranty but the hose was going to cost me over $500 .. I did not think it was fair to charge me again , when my car wasn’t fix from the last payment they received.. make a long story short I was was told that now I might have a blown head casket and that they will not be working on my car anymore and when I got into my car and turn the ignition my engine light was now on .. It’s been 2weeks since I got my car back from them my car is now leaking coolant twice a bad .. They took advantage of me being a woman This experience has been very stressful to know that my car isn’t fix and maybe worst now …

They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and car was ready for me in a reasonable amount of time. Cost very good considering this economy.

I came in with multiple problems and they were wonderful. JP was amazing and guided me through all the issues that were happening.

AAC told you upfront what’s problem in car and what need to repair to save future major repairs, they are really good in what they are doing for so many years. No hidden fees, very transparent with service and fees. Kristoff took care of my car very well, he gave me very good deals on tires and service. Service staff is very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this service shop.
