True honest and trustworthy
I needed a tire checked back in the winter I pulled in to our towns small auto repair. Never being there before asked if they could look at it while I was at work which I was about to walk to in the snow and cold. Without even a second thought they aloud me to take one of their work vehicles. That was what impressed me from day one. So now I went back with a heavy feeling in my gut about my Honda and what another replicable auto shop said was wrong. I needed a 2nd opinion so I asked if they could put it on the computer and give me their input and as I suspected the other auto please told me wrong and with proof that was shown to me Shreve auto fixed my Honda and save me thousands of dollars they stayed in contact with me and showed me and walk me through everything oh they have no respect at the beginning but now they won it and definitely will keep me as a customer These two guys are amazed by!!! Thank you for who you are and being such true honest mechanics!!

He stuck with it
After having some repairs done on my truck, a couple of issues popped up intermittently that I never experienced in my vehicle previous to being in the shop. He never made me feel like I was being unreasonable and he researched until he figured the problems out. I’m really happy with the work and how I was treated.

Karen said repair was not satisfactory, the vehicle was left in more dangerous condition and she is not happy. She didn't talk to the staff member because he was overwhelmed and she added she thinks that is part of the problem.
