I wish I could give more stars! Dan the manager is amazing at customer service. I had my Subaru fixed at another location in the Fix Auto network with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Unfortunately I had a part fail (the radiator) and the location I had the work performed was acquired by another repair shop that would not stand by the warranty work for my car was not in their system. I called up Fix Auto Highlands Ranch and was connected up with Dan and I have never seen such a willingness to help a non paying customer. Dan has made phone calls and sent emails to Fix Auto Corporate on my behalf to give me a voice in the process to getting my car back on the road.

Since my car was un-drivable, I had to get the radiator replaced at my Subaru mechanic asap. After informing Dan of this, he said send me the invoice "I'll see what your insurance company and corporate can do to make this right"! Wow, there is Dan, still fighting on my behalf! Who does that in todays world? I'm not sure if I will see any warranty reimbursement, but still feel obligated to give Dan and Fix Auto Highlands Ranch a glowing report for their desire to help out a fellow motorist.
