My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechani
c and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews and so I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They said if I do the job with them I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnosis fee From the moment I walked in the building. I felt as if I was around friends and family that I known my whole life they’re so welcoming so friendly, great people hands-down, and their mechanic is amazing. He took time to explain things to me because I was trying to make sure that I wasn’t getting myself Into a deeper hole by trying to fix it and he let me know the best route to take and once I informed him that I was dropping my car off they asked me did I need a ride they gave me a ride to my destination for free that was amazing that took a little stress off my plate. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.

I called Zach at 4:45 on a Friday late afternoon when my pickup wouldn't start. I was traveling thro
ugh so I needed a fix pronto. Zach came as soon as he could, and quickly determined it was the starter and replaced it. I was back on the road quickly. I'm grateful he was willing to work late on a Friday to solve my issue. He was professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with his service.

Brought my jeep back alive
I contacted S&C about seeing if they could revive my 2004 Rubicon . It had been sitting for a good 7
years without being used. I was very impressed with our initial meeting. A good feeling was there after seeing the facilities and meeting the technicians. This job required good troubleshooting skills and patience. They went above and beyond in their work. It was a pain I'm sure, but they got it running and performing well. Enough can't be said about the communication and updates as they worked on it. Excellent. I got a call today from them following up and making sure I was happy. Many thanks to the S&C crew. I appreciated you help very much

In July 2024, I had a rebuilt transmission placed into my truck since then it’s been running flawless
ly until I had some kind of a fault a few mornings ago. When I contacted the shop, they were quick to let me know that it would be covered under warranty and they would have it worked out as soon as possible. They got back to me 24 hours later with the problem fixed and me able to pick my truck up. This is the kind of customer service and standing behind your work. We need more of today and I really appreciate having them as a business in my community.
