re my car conked out. Tanner under promised and over produced. I am from Washington and was stranded at n Bend. Tanner told me that it would probably be two days before he could even take a look at it, but he called me the next day to tell me he had figured out what the problem was and had the part on order. The following morning, he called me to tell me that my car was fixed. He did a very thorough job of troubleshooting and then testing the car to be sure it was fixed. If I lived in Bend, Tanner would be the only mechanic to work on my cars. I also feel that his pricing is very fair.

They have a courteous and speedy team here at Riverside Smog and Repair. My truck had been parked as
Non-Op for a few years and it needed repairs to pass Smog Check. As a girl, I don’t know much about repairs or parts. David did a diagnostic test first, gave me a breakdown on the parts and price, then explained what they were going to do one step at a time. While I waited in their office the Tech took care of everything. At the end they ran the Smog Test and it Passed, my truck is now registered with the DMV again and running well. Hands down, my favorite automotive service center. We recently started coming here after another serv
ice station in Arcata continuously failed to fix a problem that JL diagnosed right away and fixed at a very reasonable rate.
We found them due to a post on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations. Out of the 60 responses half of the responses were in favor of this automotive shop. After coming here, I see why people love them.
