and consistently goes above and beyond. Everyone here is honest, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their customers. I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of, they’re always upfront and transparent about everything.
One thing I really appreciate is how they’re able to squeeze me in, even when I need something last minute. They always do their best to accommodate me, and the quality of their work is outstanding every time. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of them. ss with this company for a little over 30 years now and they keep all of my vehicles running in great shape. If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time with a guarantee that they did the job right, use Larry harker. Bob and Ellen make you feel like home it is a family business, their mechanics and technicians have been there for at least 20 years or more one I know of has been there for at least 30 years. My family also goes there and we do not take our vehicles to any other shop, if I have a problem I'll pay extensive money to have it towed to that shop because of their quality work.

I went in for an oil and filter change and a general check up. Plus, I have been hearing a noise from
the front of the car. The oil and filter were changed and I had them install a new battery as both they and I had noticed the old one was cranking slowly. It was the original from 2017. The noise from the front end turned out to be something (bearings?) within the front struts. They could have recommended that the struts be serviced or changed. But, I was told it was not a safety or performance issue and not worth the expense to work on the struts. So, they saved me a bunch of money. Thanks to Rusty and crew for being honest.

first time here Ray went to war for me against the insurance and won. brand new engine, zero dollars
out of my pocket. after a great first experience, went back for an oil change and they did it CORRECTLY the FIRST time. its crazy that someone doing something right the first time around is so rare these days but Mr Ray and his team have earned my business. amongst the plethora of incompetence you find in the Valley, I will always go out of my way to make sure the only people who touch my car are employed by this shop
