Had a transmission fail in our Honda civic. Took it to Honda because we thought it was under warranty
still. Turns out we missed it by a couple thousand miles. Honda couldn’t even get the Honda identification number for us and our only option with them was a brand new transmission for $7000. Took our car to poway transmission and had a used one installed for a fraction of the cost. The turn around was super quick and Monica kept us in the loop the whole time. 10/10 experience and I’d go here again in a heart beat.

I had an urgent issue around the holidays and even though their online calendar was booked up, they took me in right before they were closing for the new year break. After inspection, they discovered I had an issue with an expensive part for my hybrid vehicle. Todd and their team informed me of a service bulletin for the part and a possible extended warranty and suggested I get it repaired at the dealer. Even gave me the paperwork so I could go to the dealership feeling informed and prepared to get coverage. Super nice staff there.
