The team is VERY accommodating and worked with us to fit our needs! Very accommodating. They go above and beyond what you would expect when it comes to figuring out prob
lems and meeting needs. Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.
