Thanks for taking care of the Prius as it is about to travel across the country, so it really needed
a big work up!
One of the concerns was a "soft" tire light on, that was a factory reset that did not get reset. I was concerned that this would create a false sense of security if there really was a tire issue in the middle of the country! But it got reset this time and all is well.
Thank also for being in the neighborhood, It is SO nice to be able to drop the car off and walk home and the reverse for the pick up.
We really appreciate that you can care for several of our different cars.

I took my Honda for a belt squeaky, they called and couldn't duplicate but alerted me to a oil leak
that was leaking onto the belt. They quoted me the price fixed it and my problem went away. Love how communicative they were.

This visit was to clear up blockage in the ventilation system. I'm now back to full flow, and ready
to clear up my windshield in the rainy Fall and Winter. I usually keep a J&S business card on hand in case I run into someone looking for a good repair shop.

I got in a car accident right before I had to go out of town on a trip for work. I was referred by st
ate farm and worked with Scott at the Gladstone location. BEST customer service I've had in years. Way better than any other auto body shop I've ever been to. Felt confident leaving my car with them while I was away, they got it done quickly, I got text updates throughout the process about progress on getting my car repaired. Scott stayed late to accommodate my schedule so I could get my car during off hours on the weekend, they even detailed my dirty car, vaccumed and washed it unexpectedly. He also had it running with the seat warmer on when I arrived to pick it up since it was a super cold day. Oh, and got me a shuttle from the rental car place to Fix so I didn't have to walk or uber. Couldn't be more pleased with this place. Will be referring everyone here and giving them all my future business.

issues are and the costs . They are always on point and honor their work . It’s an amazing shop with very good mechanics (old school ) !
