Rather than adding another task to my plate, he proactively coordinated a valet pickup for the following day for a vehicle service. This level of white-glove service turned a task for me into a complete non-issue.
For those who do choose to wait on-site, the dealership itself is masterfully designed. The waiting area has a genuine spa-like quality—it is calm, sophisticated, and incredibly accommodating. It is the perfect environment to stay productive without the usual noise and chaos of a standard service center.

10, Owen Williams you were fantastic. You had my car assessed, printed me the proposal, and scheduled
me as soon possible! I understand the delay for the approval in the warranty process. I have my car for over two years and 93,000 miles on it! It is almost paid for so hopefully I can drive it for another 100k. When I am ready to buy another car it will only be a Hyundai! They have the best warranty program out there! It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.

I messed up my car hitting a curb. I brought my car to Craig Automotive. They looked the car over and
made a diagnosis. They gave me an estimate of what they could do. However, the said a body shop would be better for my car as the body shop could do everything. The didn’t charge me anything and made arrangements to get my car to the body shop for me. User friendly and honest.
