Understand why owner Greg does not deal with Extended Warranty!
Had a very small leak in my 2015 Mercedes radiator. Greg said it would cost $2K but he did not want t
o deal with my extended warranty I had bought from MB of Laguna Niguel for more than $6K.
MB Laguna did the repair for $3,600 of which $3,000 was covered. The extended warranty would pay for an after market rediator. Not an OEM one so I ended up paying the difference to get the OEM one. Of course a big difference is the dealership's Hourly Rate! They had to wait for a week before the job could start waiting for the Extended Warranty adjuster to show up. In retrospect, if I knew Miraleste Automotive before I got the Extended Warranty, I would not get it and save big time! Understand now why Greg did not want to deal with Extended Warranty!
