Car is given a complete inspection. They send you the information and suggest what (if any) repairs a
re needed to be done and in order of importance. Customer service wants to work with at all times. Excellent in my opinion.

Staff is knowledgeable and personable. They can dumb down complex car situations so even a kid could

I recently visited the repair shop with concerns about my a/c and the possibility of a leak, they too
k the time to go through everything with me and explain the issue in a way I could easily understand. The repairs were completed, my A/C is working great and I left with a much better understanding of what was going on . I appreciate their honesty, professionalism and clear communication.

I drove across a concrete block while pulling into a parking slot at my doctor's office, and when I r
eversed my car to back away from the block, it ripped my front bumper loose across the entire front of the car. My spouse called Mile Repair the following morning, and although it would not have been a major repair, they agreed to look at the car right away. Long story short, Mile put my bumper back together and sold me a new battery all for a very reasonable price. A short time later, I picked up my car and you couldn't tell it had even been damaged. I am so grateful to these guys for their service!
