Neglected 2000 jeep
I have a 25 yr old jeep. Over time, multiple slow fluid leaks, fuel system issues, engine light fixed 8 times in 10 yrs, ( by another mechanic) prior mechanic stated I had 2 out of 4 cylinders dead, she didn't realize it was a straight 6.
Champs Family Auto dug into it and fixed all my "real" issues. I start my my jeep and it feels like a new vehicle. First time in 10 years it's been a joy to drive

First service of my new/used truck.
I bought a used truck from a car dealership a few months back. Yesterday I took to Champs for its first service and inspection. This truck is going to take my son back and forth to college and asked to find anything they can, and fix it. Well, they said, this is a great truck, we didn’t find anything. Talk about honesty!! My Caddilac check engine light
In the end not able to fix it due to the really high cost to replace the fuel pump but then never gave up to find the root cause of the engine light.

Daughters check engine light
I met Gretchen through our networki g group and decided to take my daughters car there to the Goodyear site. Jeff was a huge help, and got the car fixed ASAP. Professional and honest service every time!
I have been using Champs as my “go to” car repair ship for the past couple of years. The owners are polite, professional and knowledgeable. The service I have received has been exceptional. The shop is modern, well maintained, and fits the mission. Their work is fully guaranteed and the owners take full responsibility for each job, use due diligence, explain things so as to be understandable to someone with limited mechanical car knowledge; they present options/suggestions- not just read me a quote. I have full trust in this shop and highly recommend Champs to anyone looking for car repair work.

Regular maintenance and service
Oil change and other issues taken care of in a timely manner and well done as usual. I am never concerned when I take my vehicles to Champs. They are excellent in every way
