As I passed by Parma on my way to Florida I ran over a tire tread on the Turnpike. As a result, a shi
eld on the bottom of the vehicle was ripped from it's mounting and was dragging on the road.
I was lucky to find Ken Ganley Hyundai. I did not have any affiliation with this dealership and yet they agreed to help me without an appointment. They put the vehicle on the hoist and removed the dragging shield as it was to badly damaged to be repaired. I was able to continue my trip to Florida. They did this without charge and washed the car as well.

I brought my car in for major repairs after it started running rough. The mechanics were very thoroug
h, sending me reports throughout the process with pictures and explanations of what needed to be done. They also called to explain the next steps and got my verbal approval. I asked for four new tires, but they told me I only needed two because two of them had plenty of tread left, which was very honest of them.
It took a while because the shop is closed on the weekends and so much work needed to be done, but I was kept informed. The final amount also came in under the total estimate which was a pleasant surprise. My car runs like new now. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be coming back.
