Chris truly is "Service to Others!" Chris is very empathetic to others needs and path. I have brought
my vehicles to Chris for over 5 years. I have also waited in his office or (work bays) waiting for my vehicle to be finished. I have interacted with other customers that were waiting for pricing or picking up their vehicles. I found Al at German Car Garage years ago, shortly after he took over ownership of the shop, and I ho
nestly don’t trust anyone else with my Audi.
He first earned my loyalty when I needed major repairs and another shop had quoted me significantly more. Al was honest, fair, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Since then, he has handled all of my regularly scheduled maintenance and every experience has confirmed that I’m in the right place.
Al is truly one of the last honest mechanics out there. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. The communication from the shop is also top notch. They keep me updated with texts, photos, and clear service records through their portal, so I always know what is going on with my car.
I cannot recommend German Car Garage enough. If you have a German car and want someone you can actually trust, go see Al.

Took my 2009 KIA Rondo in for oil/filter change after one year, but less than recommended mileage since last service.
You were able to identify two other concerns--lack of radiator fluid and need to replace radiator cap
and also contaminated brake fluid and explain conditions and analysis to me.
