Tim, I have been happy with the service you have provided since march 2010, but after getting time to
look at my recent bill I'm wondering if the labor cost is correct? I'm not the smartest person but not sure why the labor cost is so high. I can't believe it would take more than one hour to change the oil and spark plugs. Checking everything else maybe one hour and the serpentine belt another hour. I'm thinking three hours should have been plenty of time to do all the required work. Looking at the labor cost It seems high. If your hourly wage is $80.00 at three hours that would add up to $240.00. I trust your judgment when you tell me if something needs to be replaced, but I don't want to be charged if my car is just sitting there.

I had some visible fluids and a warning message on my system that they said was potentially serious.
They gave me some easy, quick ways to check some indicators for myself and when it seemed to be a legitimate concern, they fit me in to the schedule first thing the next day. They called with their assessment, explained the options and gave me an estimate. They explained what might cause additional concerns after further testing could be performed, but explained why that couldn’t safely be done until an initial repair was performed. In the end, no further damage was detected and the initial estimate was honored. The work was performed within a matter of hours and my car is running just as well as it did before the problem occurred.

I have a 2012 Kia Sedona, and it's starting to show its age (even though it has less than 150K miles)
. Recently, we had a problem with the battery making connection with the starter, and JC found multiple failures- but the most serious and critical one was the starter! After changing the battery and starter cables, they decided to do one more starter test and found a major problem that could have seized the entire engine! Kudos to the staff there for going above and beyond to make sure my older car was running properly and safely! Thanks, y'all!
