Donald Sykes was my salesman and took excellent care of me and was quite aware of my personal situati
on and why I was purchasing a car. Carrie Boblett, the financial administrator, did the same. The rest of the staff at the dealership were all professional and quite courteous. I would recommend Thornton Road Hyundai to anyone.

I had originally left a 3 star review because I had gotten an oil change I didn’t think was due. It t
urns out I was given an oil change at 5K and 7500 mile checkups. It was actually due at the 7500. The manager reached out and clarified when the next one is due to avoid future confusion. The staff are very friendly and treat my car with respect. I will continue to use World Car for all my service needs.

We have purchased 2 cars in the last month from Kyle and it has been a smooth process. Months ago I c
ame in looking for a car for myself but the timing wasn’t right. I came back with a new game plan and everything worked out how it was supposed to! My new 2026 Elantra is perfect for my new job that I commute for! I told him I would be back soon for a car for my 16 year old. This week we contacted eachother at the same time with 2 different cars in mind. Today, we created a milestone for my daughter and myself and bought her her first car, a 2016 Elantra with 70,000 miles that we could not pass up. Kyle has been great to work with and made “big girl purchases” not seem so big, but rather easy and a success that will put my daughter and I in safe cars and budget friendly! We are so thankful !
