Horrible service, car was not on the dealership, the manager Mia Lynn lied about the price, sales manager was unpolite! I spend 2 hours for my road!!!
Hello!
I was at the dealership today, and it was the most horrible experience of my life!
The car was on another sport and the price was much higher than promised Mia Lynn!
I contacted the dealership on Tuesday and asked for a test drive of the Toyota Camry SE 2021, red colour the sales manager Jhon was true and told me they would not work with my loan (I have my personal loan), I was ok with that.
On the next day, Mia Lynn called me and told that would work with me and with my budget. I told her that I am in the budget. She booked me a date and time and I was really happy that I would have such an opportunity to buy the car that I wanted.
I asked her to reschedule the time and date for me as I need to come with my mechanic, and she did it.
Today I got 3 text messages from the dealership about what time I would be, I gave my answer back!
I asked my friend to pick me up and go the the dealership (I do not have a car yet) she spent her time, and I spent my 2 hours for nothing as Mia did not answer her phone!!!
My mechanic was on his way after his job (had any lunch after his job) with his little 7-year-old daughter, he needed to drive 1,5 hours one way, I told to Mia that I would be with the person who could help me to choose the car!!!

And miracle, when I came to the dealership, I could not talk to Mia, she was only the internet manager (do not know what kind of position she has), the sales guys told me that the car on another dealership and the price is higher.

The sales manager, I do not know his name (he did not tell me), the white guy with a lot of tattoos (I am so sorry that I wrote that as I do not know the name and I need to explain) he just told me he does not want to loose his 6k$ additioanl thousand and I need to come tomorrow. And of course he will talk with Mia about this situation ...
Really, is it your service????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I spent 2 hours, my friends spent time for nothing, I did not hear "sorry" from anyone...

Guys, make your decisions and conclusions ... DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME ON SCAMS!!!

All 5 STARS FROM THEIR FRIENDS< THAT IS A FAKE!!!

Professional and courteous.
Donald Sykes was my salesman and took excellent care of me and was quite aware of my personal situation and why I was purchasing a car. Carrie Boblett, the financial administrator, did the same. The rest of the staff at the dealership were all professional and quite courteous. I would recommend Thornton Road Hyundai to anyone.

Good Quick service
I arrived without my scheduled appointment (like walk-in). They took me right away and had me in and out quickly. (This time it's take little more than normal but it was Friday evening, No complaint)

Without a car
I have been without my car for almost 8 months. I took it in to the service department in August. They rarely provide me with updates and did not provide another car for me to drive. When I call, they have me on hold or the line goes dead or they promise to call me back, but that doesn't happen. Several excuses have been given to me when I finally get someone - parts from abroad taking a long time, forgot to file your warranty paperwork, seeking new service manager, etc. This has been the worst experience.

Excellent customer service
I came in thinking I needed one thinking serviced and learned I needed more services. Maria was excellent in communicating the issues to me and keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs while I waited. The staff all kept checking on me periodically and offered snacks and beverages. I left feeling taken cared of and with a safe, drivable vehicle.

The wait time was long. The music was so loud you could hear conversations and forget about watching the TV’s unless you are able to read lips.

Time it took to complete my oil change.
I had an appointment for an oil change. I was on time. It took nearly 3 hours for my car to be complete. One of the salesmen saw that I was restless and realized how long I had been waiting and he went to check on the status. Maybe 10 mins later my car was ready.

The staff is not courteous, does not respect your time, lack communication and knowledge and the technicians are careless and not trained as they advertised and does not follow safety protocols
