We were in the area visiting friends when our car broke down. I initially called for battery and pote
ntially towing service. When jumping our car didn't work, Joe from Freedom Automotive, was recommended.
Even though it was after business hours, Joe and his wife (I apologize for forgetting her name) came out to assist. He ended up fixing our car the next day (Sunday) because he knew we had to travel back Monday and most car shops were closed.
Joe is obviously a skilled and talented mechanic however, his passion for helping people in need far outweighs any mechanic skills.
He took the time out of his already busy schedule to help us and for that, we will always be grateful. If only everyone treated each other the way Joe and his wife treated us, the world would be in a far better place.

We have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler that originally went to Whitten Brothers in Ashland, they passed it for
state inspection, right after we noticed all the lights on, a constant beeping and was told the vehicle was safe to drive. This was questioned but the service advisor had assured my husband and dad so the problems continued and the Jeep went back where they claimed it needed spacers after being given a wrong direct link for spacers and them claiming they fixed many issues they released the Jeep but the issues remained with the speedometer not showing up either after the second visit. We took it for a second opinion to a nearby garage and was told it needed a ABS module but they could not order it or even find it, again questioning the safety of the Jeep I immediately called PWT, Maureen was so sweet, friendly and professional from the start. Mark worked tirelessly on the Jeep to get it straight, they offered fair pricing and very honest for all the work they completed. The Jeep is finally safe again and we cannot thank them enough for all the dedication and hard work they put into it. We will definitely be returning customers!
