Excellent Customer Service
My initial contact with IA was with Emily, who is no longer work there. She will be missed. Even without Emily, the excellent customer service, professionalism and trustworthy still exist. Jason and his mechanics made sure the issue with my 2011 Ram 1500, is resolved. IA provided me with a couple of options to choose that is cost effective but without sacrificing the effectiveness of the parts. IA is highly recommended.

Truck worked on
Have had my car and truck work on. They do an excellent job and gives you an estimated quote up front. And contacts you if they find other things that might need changing or working on. And they give you a parts and or milage warranty.

Excellent Customer Service
Since our mechanic can longer service our vehicles, I was need of a new auto repair in the the area. I contacted several service stations and ended up with Integrated Automotive and I am glad. I talked to Emily regarding the services I need for my 2011 Ram 1500. Wow! What an excellent customer service. Right away Emily made me comfortable talking to her. After our conversation on the phone, Emily was able to achieve the most cost effective for the repair without degrading the quality of the services. Not only the services/repairs was completed, a courtesy inspection was done to ensure the vehicle is safe to be on the road. Emily is courteous, helpful and definitely knows her job. Emily should be commended and IA is highly recommended. Thank you IA!

Tire replacement
My husband managed to drive a nail into the side of the tire whoch could not be fixed. Integrated was amazing, ordered tires, was reliable, professional and replaced both tires etc.
Always good trustworthy service here!

I had a brake upgrade, brake flush, upper and lower control arms, and spark plugs changed out and the work was outstanding. Emily up front called each day reported the status of my vehicle and was extremely professional and nice. When I picked my truck up Emily was knowledgeable on what was done if she didn’t know the answer she called the service tech. This shop will be the only shop I use for my truck. Highly recommended.
