pairs. We found Mark and the staff to be straightforward and honest. They provided great service and within the time they expected it would take. They even fixed a part that they found to be broken that was outside the original scope of work and fixed it! We were grateful for that as it was a possible safety issue, and when the final bill came in less than was estimated we were grateful for that too! Very professional, very service minded with honest! Jeff's Transmission is where we'll take our car from now on!

From the time I made my appointment until the time I picked up the van, everything went pretty smooth
. Donnie was helpful and professional, and worked with me every step through the process. They diagnosed the problem, told me what needed to happen, they got it done, repair cost me a lot less than what. I was quoted at other places. All in all, it was a great experience and I know where I will go in the future. The person who recommended them to me, did not let me down.
