Transmission rebuild
My 25 year old BMW Z3 was sitting in the garage - we were unable to drive it after taking it to the dealer. A local repair shop recommended Jeff's and we are so grateful. They did a complete rebuild, and It drives like new now. They even asked us to drive it 500 miles and bring it back for any adjustments needed - included in the price. Awesome service - really great!

Transmission Repair
My auto was towed to Jeff's Transmission. I wasn't comfortable with the estimate given. I asked if senior citizens discounts were offered. The representative said he would check and call me back. I didn't receive a call back. I called the next day to follow up on the estimate. I was told "We have already started working on your car". I did not give consent. I was waiting on the price. I was told that when I gave my birth date, I gave my consent. That was not a consent. A consent is a yes, I agree or no, I don't agree. Since they had already started, I had no choice but to let them complete the job. The price I was given at that time was $2,400 if I paid cash. I stopped by the shop after 2 weeks to follow up on the progress. My automobile was not in the garage, it was in the parking lot with the wires exposed. I was told the repair was taking longer than expected because they were really busy. Does that mean they stopped working on my auto to complete working on others? I did a test drive at the time of pick-up, and the airbag light was on. That was not on before. The response I received for that inquiry was "I didn't have anything to do with it". I was given 3 different prices when preparing to pay starting at $3,380.65 although my quote was $2,400. Has any other senior had this type of experience or taken the auto in for one problem and come out with another?

Excellent Service
Jeff’s transmission came referred to me by a work colleague. As I was on my way to work and noticed my car was making weird sounds. My plan was to leave work early to catch a flight home. As I got in my car to leave I realized my transmission was completely shot. As I’m sitting in my parking garage at work I called Jeff’s transmissions. Joe, the manager, had a tow truck come right away to get my car while I was in an Uber to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. After the team inspected it they confirmed my transmission was gone. I only had the car for 16 months and still had warranty. Joe called the warranty company on my behalf to get a make sure they would cover some, if not all of it. They wanted to give me a used transmission but Joe said no way. He said “I work for you, not the warranty company” within a week they approved a brand new transmission for me. Another week later my car was fixed and driving like new. Joe and his team have been nothing short of patient, honest, and communicative. I would recommend anyone with transmission issues to Jeff’s.

Ford F150
I was referred to Jeff’s by a friend and was pleasantly surprised. I met Joe who took me in the same day . He gave me a tour of their building and I met a few mechanics who were very professional and easy to talk to. My truck was repaired in 3 days unlike most Ford dealers who wanted 3 weeks to complete. He went over the warranty and break In procedure process. Joe even called me the very next day to see how my truck was operating. I never met a more sincere mechanic in many years. I would totally recommend Jeff’s and would give them 6 stars if possible. Thanks again Joe and team.

Great experience like always.
Own a small dealership and they always get my vehicles back on the road. They are one of the only places that will work on Nissan CVT as well.

Friendliest experts in the biz
Joe and his team at Jeff's transmission are always a pleasure to do do business with. They get you in on time, communicate status, and get you back on the road. I run a fleet of vehicles and unfortunately transmission work is inevitable. Having a vehicle out-of-service is hard enough, but they are incredibly nice and the vehicles that they worked on continue to serve our customers like a new vehicle for a long time. I have been using them for a while and I highly recommend them.

Extremely good job on a difficult Mercedes S class transmission. They were both friendly and professional and gave me a tour and introduction to their professional personnel.

This is the single best shop I have experienced in Florida and Arkansas. My car is so smooth now. Thank you Joe!

Chevy truck
They went above and beyond we never came and saw the place even we looked up a bunch of review hands down this was the place to go to even tho they were a hour away from us they even had the truck pick up from our place brought to the shop and fixed by the time we came off of vacation the staff here very friendly hands down the best shop to go to for transmission work and warranty the labor parts will give this place 10 stars if we could……

They got the vehicle back to us a week sooner than expected. Very happy with their service, communication. They advised us of the 3% credit card fee so we could opt to send a check.

Better than fixed...
Brought in my Range Rover Sport. They kept it for a week and drove it again and again - then I went out and tried to get the transmission to "act up", but nothing. They took the time to fully test and then REALLY explain why it was okay to drive the Rover normally - drive it until the problem was pronounced and repeatable. In other words, rather than a $7,000 rebuild without knowing what was really wrong they opted for what could be a lesser repair, but with confidence. Mind blown! I'm actually looking forward to doing the repair once we know what it is. Thanks to the whole Jeff's team.

Had to Have car towed to Jeff’s transmissions at first look the transmission needed to be rebuilt however after opening it up they found that it was a loose cable and repaired for a lot less
