The staff is professional, and knowledgeable. They are never too busy to talk to their customers. They
also follow up with multiple phone calls to make sure they understand and respect the customer’s preferences regarding the repairs.
Their charges are much lower than those of other car repair shops.
Overall, I am very impressed with their excellent customer service, transparency, and reasonable pricing .
All repairs and services are backed by a warranty for a specified period of time, giving customers added peace of mind.

We are always happy with Sterling Car Care's service and repairs for our Audi A6. We trust this shop
with all of our car needs. They are honest and fair and deliver what they promise in a timely manner.
My brakes started to make a horrible noise last week and when I called they got me right in and took care of the problem. I am glad they are in the neighborhood and always there for us.

Now, we all know finding a mechanic who is trustworthy and affordable is certainly not easy, but the
truth is, these guys are nothing short of that. For one, I've never had an issue with anything and I've been dealing with these professionals for quite some time. Secondly, I wouldn't take the time to fill out this review if it weren't the truth. Ill leave you with this... try to find a mechanic who will only recommend what is actually needed..

Transmission replacement went great!
They quickly diagnosed the issue with my transmission and showed me clearly why it needed to be repla
ced. They gave me a loaner car while my truck was being worked on, which is really appreciated. The price was better than the competition. It runs like great now. Thanks Smokey & staff!
