Satisfied, mostly. I asked for, and did not receive, feedback on brake pad wear and condition of hos
es, belts, etc. When I inquired at the counter, I was told that if nothing was noted by the mechanic, then everything must be fine. This is NOT feedback; it is no information transmitted.
Also, asked for the tires to be rotated and the air pressure adjusted (since front and rear inflation values are different. I had to adjust the inflation after I got the car home. Not a big deal, but also not hard for the mechanics to get right the first time.

otes, they were always the best rate by far! Steve and Lauren have always been very helpful, and my repairs are always done quickly but most importantly, they're done right. I have a new vehicle now, but I am still going to be using them for my maintenance because they are so much better priced than the dealer for pretty much ALL my needs. They have never been high pressure to do work. My mother-in-law had her car in to get checked and instead of taking her money for a lot of repairs, Steve's was honest and let her know he was not comfortable doing all the work he COULD have because the car was not worth it.
