While having my car serviced for a smog check, I also got a chance to see and hear how the customer s
ervice extends to others in the waiting and calling for information.
I must say I was super impressed how they interacted with other in the waiting as well as the phone when customers have a car in the shop. Very professional, very courteous taking their time to explain things making sure that the customer feels comfortable with the decision they need to make.
As for me and my smog that I had done was wonderful. I didn’t wait long. I actually bought my my smog off of Groupon, which was awesome because that’s usually what I do each year but this time it happened to be with McWilliams and Walden.
And they found a split in tube and replaced it so it all went well! Forward thinking is awesome! Thank you all at McWilliams and Walden!
