es, Finance, all good every time (thanks Charlie Roy you crazy Canadian!). But like soooo many RV service depts, this one had a ways to go. Then Matt got promoted to head of service, and now it is a LOT better. The level of expertise back in the shop seems to be going up, and the service at the desk is better too. I can tell that some of the processes for dropping off and picking up our rig has changed for the better. And the communication is a LOT better... and that is where Tim comes in. He knows his stuff, and customer service. What more could an RVer ask for? VRVS is getting better and better! THANKS!

We have owned RVs for 30 years so have had a lot of experience with the RV service industry...or lack
of service :) We have been extremely satisfied with every interaction we have had with Poulsbo RV in Kent....whether the sales or the service department. They are respectful; very responsive; very helpful and certainly help us feel much happier owning an RV....service is so important when you're driving a "computer" and you know someone "has your back".
